We kick things off with a high-energy opening. This session is all about building up your internal powerhouse.

Real talk on managing the beautiful chaos of life versus work without losing yourself.
Community Team Boost: A collective group exercise designed to lift each other up and prove just how much stronger we are when we build together.

The Output Session: Presence, Expression & Movement

Time to put mindset into physical action. This is a fully interactive, hands-on masterclass where we focus on how you present yourself to the world.

Facial Expressions: Learning how to project energy, warmth, and fierce confidence through your eyes and expression.
Posture Training: The literal alignment of standing tall and commanding a room.
Walk Training: Stepping past your comfort zone, mastering your stride, and walking with absolute purpose.

To close out our day, we are putting all your new-found confidence directly in front of the lens. You’ll step into the spotlight for a personalized mini-shoot.
